To request a quote on a specific project, please contact me the following information:

• Approximate number of words/pages
• Project description (legal document, magazine article, etc.)
• Source document format (Word doc, .pdf, .jpg, .tiff, hard copy, etc.)
• Requested delivery format
• Requested delivery date

After you send me this information:

• I will respond to your request within one business day.
• My response will include a per word or per page quote.
• If I am unable to take on your project for any reason, I will provide a referral to another translator, or offer suggestions as to how you might find a translator whose skills and experience fit your project.

Please note that it is possible to complete relatively short projects on a "rush" basis, but this will be for a higher than normal rate.  If your project requires a particularly quick turn around time (i.e. less than 48-72 hours), please specify this including the phrase “rush job” in the subject line of your e-mail to info@pjdarabictranslation.com.
